1. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and to be eligible to win, entrant must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada, excluding Quebec. The contest is not open to residents in all other countries and where prohibited or restricted by law, regulation, rule or otherwise. This contest is subject to all applicable state, federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. One entry per mobile phone number is allowed.

The "Try #TAXI Contest" (the "Contest" runs from 12.00.01 a.m. (ET) on August 16, 2012 to 11:59.59 p.m. (ET) on Sept 15, 2012, the Contest Closing Date, (inclusively, the "Contest Period"). The Sponsor has the unrestricted right to end the contest at an earlier or later date at its sole discretion.
