SPONSOR(S): The contest and charitable donation portion of this promotion is sponsored by CellWand Communications Inc., known as (the "Sponsor").

1. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and to be eligible to win, entrant must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada, excluding Quebec. The contest is not open to residents in all other countries and where prohibited or restricted by law, regulation, rule or otherwise. This contest is subject to all applicable state, federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. One entry per mobile phone number is allowed.

To be eligible you must fully and accurately complete registration form and try #TAXI by calling #8294 on your mobile within 30 days of registering or download the #TAXI app at http://poundtaxi.com/download-app and then use the app to call #TAXI within 30 days of registering.

The "Try #TAXI Contest" (the "Contest" runs from 12.00.01 a.m. (ET) on Nov. 19, 2011 to 11:59.59 p.m. (ET) on March 31, 2012, the Contest Closing Date, (inclusively, the "Contest Period"). The Sponsor has the unrestricted right to end the contest at an earlier or later date at its sole discretion. If the Sponsor changes the Contest Closing Date then all registered callers during the Contest Period will have 30 days to call and be eligible to win $50 in cab rides and will help generate a $50 donation to The Charity. *For every 1000 registered callers to #TAXI who call #8294 within 30 days of registering or use our app to call #TAXI, The Sponsor will donate $50 to the Charity and award one $50 cab ride voucher.
